Yasmine Iskander, a student at Davis Career Center is receiving national attention for her artwork.  Yasmine placed 2nd in the Kennedy Center and Volkswagen's VSA Emerging Young Artists Competition for her piece entitled "Dragon."  Yasmine uses art to express her emotions and tell the story of her life's journey.
