THE DCC STAFF SPOTLIGHT!

This year we want to get to know our staff and each month we will be asking a new person to step into the spotlight! For the month of November, our spotlight is Daniel Nguyen. Mr. Nguyen is one of our wonderful Workplace Readiness Skills (WRS) teachers and works with our students at one of our newest worksites, Mclean Sport and Health.

 

How many years have you worked at DCC?

9 years

 

How many years have you worked in FCPS?

10 years.

 

What is your favorite part of working at Davis?

I love working at Davis because of the students. The students and my coworkers are amazing!

 

What was your favorite job?

My favorite job was working at Cold Stone Creamery because who doesn’t love ice cream!?

 

If you weren't a teacher, what would be your dream job?

If I weren’t a teacher, I would be a professional food taster!

 

Fun Fact?

My older siblings help name me Daniel after the original Karate Kid movie.
